Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of total hip replacement

Title: The case interpretation of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total hip replacement diagnosis Aims: The aim of the thesis has been comprehensive arrangement of theoretical findings, their deepening and exercising of practical knowledge related to total hip replacement diagnosis and subsequent physiotherapeutic treatment. Summary: The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one includes theoretical knowledge of hip joint anatomy and kinesiology, furthermore coxarthrosis findings (the most often reason of necessity of hip joint alloplastic surgery), its phases, rehabilitation, surgical attitude and kinds of used total hip replacements. The other part is dedicated to a particular case of a female patient after the total hip replacement surgery, I had an opportunity to visit her during 8 treatments. At the end of the part there is a comparison of input and output kinesiological analysis and total assessment of the treatment effect. The work deals with the issue of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), its causations, incidence and manifestation in the behaviour of preschool child. It describes the different types of pharmacological treatment and psychotherapeutic approaches. Furthermore, it focuses on the developing of methods and techniques for an actual child with ADHD which would assist the parents in their everyday, systematic and targeted childupbringing educational activities. The work also describes the cooperation of a nursery teacher with the family.
